NovaSklo is Ukraine’s first high-tech float glass production plant, to be built in the Kyiv region by 2028.
The project is initiated by EFI Group, a Ukrainian investment company, in partnership with Germany’s leading equipment manufacturer HORN Glass Industries, with support from UkraineInvest and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
The company will create over 300+ jobs in its first year of operation.
The plant’s production capacity will meet the growing domestic demand for high-quality glass. Its main customers will include window and façade manufacturers.

Media reports mention two investment projects from the development company City One Development and the investment holding EFI Group.
