NovaSklo launches prequalification for the general contractor for a modern flat glass plant

NovaSklo LLC announces the launch of the first technical stage of the tender — prequalification of companies to select a single General/Main Contractor responsible for the full project cycle, from the start of construction through to commissioning of the plant.

We invite contractors with proven experience in delivering large-scale industrial projects and the capacity to provide a full range of construction services.

During the technical prequalification stage, we will assess:

• experience in delivering industrial and technologically complex projects;
• organizational, technical and production capabilities;
• ability to mobilize personnel, equipment and material resources;
• approach to executing works with in-house resources and engaging subcontractors;
• experience working with technology contractors and equipment manufacturers.

Following this stage, a shortlist of qualified participants will be formed for the subsequent commercial tender.
