As part of the implementation of a large-scale infrastructure project of national significance, NovaSklo is planning to construct a flat glass manufacturing plant in the town of Velyka Dymerka, Brovary district, Kyiv region. The official website of the Velyka Dymerka Village Council has published a notice announcing the launch of public consultations on the Detailed Territory Plan (DTP) and the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) report.

The procedure is being carried out in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation and provides for an open public engagement process to discuss the plans of territorial development.
The Detailed Territory Plan is a key planning instrument that defines the intended use of the land plot, construction parameters, engineering infrastructure, and the principles for integrating the project into the existing built environment.
The purpose of the Strategic Environmental Assessment is to promote sustainable development by ensuring environmental protection, public safety, and health protection at the planning stage.
In accordance with the established procedure, members of the public are invited to review the materials and submit their comments and proposals within the designated period following the publication of the documentation.

The submission period runs from 22 April to 20 May 2026 inclusive. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
The designated contact responsible for coordinating the review of proposals is Tetiana Maltseva, Head of the Urban Planning and Architecture Department of the Velyka Dymerka Town Council Executive Committee.
